Demo & Build Solutions provides residential and commercial demolition, interior demolition, junk removal, debris removal, and site preparation services in South Florida. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or quote accepted by both parties.

3. Quote Requests & Estimates

• Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during the project.
• A signed work order or written acceptance is required before services begin.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number to Demo & Build Solutions, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your service request, including follow-ups, appointment reminders, and job updates. 5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the signed work order or contract.
• A deposit may be required prior to project commencement.
• Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

6. Permits & Compliance

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits required for the project unless Demo & Build Solutions has expressly agreed in writing to obtain permits on the client's behalf. We will perform all work in accordance with applicable local codes and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Demo & Build Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may forfeit the deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Demo & Build Solutions and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
